The contest results say: “It is time to print in Russia!”

Polygraphinter-2004 hosted a round table discussion “Illustrated polychrome magazines printed on the basis of national publishing houses. State, issues, perspectives”, organized by Interregional Printing & Publishing Association. Round table discussion also announced the results of the contest for the best performance of illustrated polychrome magazines printed on the basis of national publishing houses.

Participants of round table discussion outlined the improving quality of national printed products. The contest winners are the real leaders of the Russian printing industry. Anatoly Peshkov, head of jury, honored culture expert of the Russian Federation and board member of Ivan Fedorov printing office (St. Petersburg) handled the prizes and certificates to the winners. He declared that jury had to work hard as far as the level of up-to-date printing equipment and publishing service is very high. The jury had several categories of estimation, such as for instance prepress process, folding, etc.

Almaz-Press JSC, Pushkin Square printing company JSC, Moscow printing office # 13 and Viva-Star Ltd. were awarded the top prize – a golden figure of Ivan Fedorov.
